Peter is a Co-Founder of BoardSeat and has responsibility for business strategy, sales and member relations. Peter also runs the Canadian practice an international search firm and has had the benefit of interviewing thousands of professionals around the world over the past 15 years. With each interview he learned a new story and gained insight into people’s aspirations and challenges. All these rich data points come together in the creation of BoardSeat. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Melbourne’s Melbourne Business School.

Greg Silas

Greg is a Co-Founder of BoardSeat and has responsibility for business strategy, product design & development, legal and accounting. You’d be hard pressed to find anyone who has conducted more research on social networking, crowdsourcing and group behavioural dynamics. Greg is a serial entrepreneur whose past experiences include businesses in the hospitality, construction materials and military infrastructure sectors in Canada, the United States and Afghanistan. Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from McGill University. He earned the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1994.
